As a member of our Product Support Team, you will have the exciting opportunity to build out our Moderation team’s strategy and roadmap. In this role, you will work cross functionally with key partners such as Product, Legal, Anti-abuse, and Community to help build safe customer experiences. We are looking for a seasoned marketplace moderation leader to join our team who is passionate about creating a culture where ongoing growth and development thrive.

This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.

What you’ll do at Figma:

Define the moderation strategy for our community marketplace and future productsLead a team of community platform specialists and help to drive operational excellenceEnsure compliance with Figma’s legal obligations and community policies Report out on the impact of the team and rhythm of the businessWork closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Product Support, Legal, Anti-abuse, Security, Community, and Product.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

2+ years of management experienceExperience in moderation / trust and safetyExperience writing and/or collaborating on moderation policiesUnderstanding of GDPR, DSA, DMCA, etc.

While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:

Experience working within a company/team that has a public marketplaceExperience working alongside external vendors

Pay Transparency Disclosure

If based in Figma’s San Francisco or New York hub offices, this role has the annual base salary range stated below.

Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range. Please discuss your specific work location with your recruiter for more information.

Annual Base Salary Range (SF/NY Hub):

$149,000—$238,000 USD
